As an original founding partner and current Chief Project Management Officer, Mr. Gonzalez has successfully repositioned multiple commercial and residential projects underneath the Kassel umbrella.
Mr. Gonzalez holds both commercial and residential contractors licenses in Ohio in addition to formal investment training in multiple areas of real estate investment. He has significant experience in construction and rehabilitation in Kassel's targeted asset types.
